LO comp
Hey guys, second year associate at a LO. I'm in my late 20s covering technology and consumer and feel like I am getting decently underpaid on comp (in T1 city). This year got my base bumped to 175 + 115 bonus; 290 TC. I would really appreciate any feedback where this stands relative to peers or T1 LO shops. Thanks!
