Manager Selection Role

Hi guys,

I am being recruited for a manager selection role for a PWM firm. This will be a new experience for me. Could anyone who has experience in the field help me understand what can I expect the day to day of this role be?

Αlso, from your experience, how do you go about finding managers to invest in? (especially when it comes to some small niche players). Please note that I am asking about how do you even identify these opportunities, not so much the actual due diligence process of evaluating an opportunity. Are there any publications that you follow? Or some conference events that you attend?
