Marines to AM
Seeking advice from any devils, vets, or others here who have transitioned to Investment Management or ER. How did you do it?
24, Marine Officer getting out next year. Overseas deployment, couple large exercises, high-performing but typical junior officer tour. Have ~1 yr experience in finance (startup went public) and a bunch of college finance internships. Sitting for L3 in May '25. Decent public university, 3.7 cumulative, 4.0 finance.
No interest in grad school at the moment but I love the investing world.
