Merrill Lynch Adviser Development Program vs. Asset Management Position
Was just wondering if anyone in the community has gone through the adviser development program. I have two offers, one in PWM and another in asset management for a different company and wanted to compare the roles. I know wealth management is difficult to start in when young, but I am just curious what the community thinks.
It depends where the office is located. I've heard it ranges from cold calling all day and not a lot of hands of experience. Also depends on what city.

What is the 'asset management' role in question? They vary pretty heavily, depending on the type of firm, etc.
