I have just landed a role at Deutsche Bank as a Compliance Analyst which I am actually excited about believe it or not. I have the opportunity to work in the Asset Management team for awhile and I think I will really enjoy it. I was just wondering, however how likely will it be to move over to AM from Compliance. Or would it be easier to move into Equity Research?
