Moving from Investment Grade/High Yield & Leveraged Loans to pure High Yield & Leveraged Loans

I am working at one of the top 10 asset managers in the US in terms of size covering Investment Grade & High Yield bonds as well as Leveraged loans as a credit analyst, two and a half years into my career. I am looking to make a shift to a pure High Yield and Leveraged Loans role in the future or work for a CLO and I was wondering whether it is difficult to make such a shift?
