MS WAA turn over
Don’t know if anyone else had had this experience with Morgan Stanley. Started interview process for wealth advisor associate (WAA) in May of this year. After being strung along for months, due to office moving and people retiring, got hired in October. Passed SIE and unfortunately got 65 on series 7. Office basically told be don’t come in for a week and then boss called me letting me go. I’ve heard of other people in thins programs and programs like this who may get at least 2 attempts at 7 and/or 66. Is one and done normal or does it really just depend on relationships with higher ups?
