Need advice: Small/Mid-sized AM offer
Hi everyone, I have an offer from a small- to mid-sized AM in continental Europe with ~50 bn AUM for a buy-side equity analyst position and was wondering whether at this size AUM it is a position worth going for or not so much. How do I assess quality at this size? Also, how easy is it to move other AM's once you're already in one? What about other exit opps? I have two other REPE processes ongoing which I may have a shot at but realise that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Some background: non-target MSF and have completed internships in ECM, Big4 Advisory and a MM Infra fund and had been aiming for an IB role or MM PE role so I sort of stumbled into this role without expecting to get this far...
Any advice/help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
