New job - is it worth it to jump?

Am currently working in the discretionary portfolio management team within a large European private bank in Asia. Current base works out to be about US$45k. Pretty chill hours, 9-6 job, and my bank has been performing well even in this shitstorm of a market so job security is there.

However, recently interviewed with a mid to large sized US asset manager (~US$100bn AUM) for a product specialist role. They seem quite keen to have me on board, but what sort of salary should I be expecting or negotiating for (position is in HK/SG)?

And more importantly, is it even worth it to jump, in terms of job scope? I am currently on a FoF team working on asset allocation, if that helps.

Many thanks!
