Looking for some guidance on a new opportunity I got for a Asset Mgmt role. They are offering a base that is ~10k lower than what I make now, but with a bonus of 50-100%. What has been your experience with a bonus heavy comp? How likely is it for that range to be met, and what is a good way to check this?
