New to External Fund Wholesaling, New to WSO!

Hello All,

I'm a new fund wholesaler here that wanted to find a community of other externals to bounce ideas off of. I have read through some of the posts on the forum and can also answer questions regarding going from internal to external if anyone wanted to get some insight.

I look forward to some great conversations!

If you don't mind me asking, where are you at? (big firm, small firm, what sort of products, etc?) I'm a Product manager at a small Equity ETF shop that was bought by a big active place recently.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
