NMS Conference 2018/ Scottsdale

Hey guys,

Anyone going to the NMS this year? This is my first time attending as an LP and my goal is to meet as many LPs as possible, preferably more in the healthcare sphere (i.e., hospital systems). Any pro tips for acing the conference and maxing the networking window are much appreciated!!

What exactly does this have to do with Asset Management? (Running things like mutual funds) or Wealth Management? (Advising people on their investments and financial plans)

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
