Non-target applying to Off-Cycle, how doable?
I'm from a Non-target university in the EU-EEA zone. I've started applying for Off-Cycle positions in big financial institutions all around the EU and UK.
I've heard that getting a SA role in these institutions is basically impossible if you aren't from a target uni.
But how doable is it to get an Off-Cycle internship for 3-6 months during the last semester of my final year (meaning I won't have a degree yet)?
And what type of profile must one have from a Non-target? Does it have to be an outstanding 3.5-4.0 GPA/First Class?
