It seems impossible to find an example of a NPL portfolio online.
I'm very close to get a new job and next week I will have a final assessment with this company. I've been asked to price a NPL Portfolio through a DCF Valuation but I can't find any practical example in Excel online. Is there anyone who would be so kind to share a model with me?
