NY TO LONDON FULL TIME?

I'm an American student going to uni in the US but just did a year at LSE and I'm entering my final year of university and would like to recruit for full time roles in the UK for a 2022 start date. I'm currently a summer analyst at a very large asset manager and interned at a decent sized one the previous summer. I've also spent a semester studying in Germany and am fluent in Spanish which I know languages help for roles in the EU. Given that I need a visa, how hard would it be to get a firm to sponsor me? Also any insights on the differences between UK and US recruiting would be helpful. Thanks!
