Odds of getting a decent AM summer internship?
3.84 GPA at semitarget. No formal finance experience, but follow markets closely, read a lot about investing, and invest in my (tiny) PA so I can speak competently in interviews. Earlier this summer I got to the final round at a top shop (Fido/RCG/D&C) but got no offer. If I keep at it, do I have a good shot at getting an offer at a reputable shop? I ask because I have an offer at a less prestigious IB right now, but am considering accepting due to risk aversion.
