I was hoping someone could fill me in on the salary/bonuses for different levels at a bulge bracket in Private Bank, as well as how many years at each level.
This is for a top firm in NYC.
I'll start with analyst:
Analyst, $70k + 20-40 (2-3 years);
Associate, Vice President, SVP/Director, Managing Director,

PB bonus is that big for first year?
The 70 I know is true depending on the work your doing in PB.....But the 20-40 uhhh i'm with Skilling on that one.

Base: 65-70k Sign-on bonus: 5-10k Annual bonus: 10-25k
Yes, I may have experienced selective reading in my research. A few said 40k, but most sources say 10-25k. Thanks.
What about the other levels?
