PIMCO work-life balance question

Hey guys,

I know PIMCO, like many big financial players is notorious for long hours and a hard core culture. Just wondering if there are any divisions within PIMCO that have good work life balance and more relaxed and behind the scenes.

Any obscure/lesser-known positions are appreciated too. I have some background in fixed income operations and am interested in some more analytical positions in fixed income. Thanks in advance
