Prefered Reading Materials
Hello fellow nerds,
I'm getting ready to start working as an associate PM at a regional bank. I'm pretty excited about the position; but I realized that none of my leisurely reading ever directly talks about portfolio management.
I'm looking for any of your personal favorite books in portfolio management. As I said above, the books I've read are not directly applicable to this line of work (Barbarians at the Gate, Big Short, Liars Poker, reminiscences of a stock operator, the Graham books, ect... have been read/on my list). Instead of doing a google search I thought I'd ask all y'all what you'd recommend.
Gracias,
The books you have read more relate to individual security selection or Wall Street history, Pioneering portfolio management by David Swensen (he runs Yale endowment) is a must read for portfolio management.
I'll add that to the top of the list.
Read the Tao Jones Averages by Bennett Goodspeed
