Prep CFA level 2/Aspiring to get in PB or AM, should I switch job or use master as a reset

Hi all, I am at the critical point of my career where I need to decide whether I'd be better off going back to school to reset my path or I should switch to a new job. My profile is as below

Job: BB Ops (1-2 years) Nationality, Chinese but works in BB Ops Education, bachelor in finance with 3.6 GPA Interest, Only in AM or WM, good with numbers and reading financial statements. Got all my accounting modules in school A/A+ Personality and work ethics, definitely a people person and often hear managers commenting me for being reliable and responsible

My family has been pushing me to go back to school, honestly this is the easiest way out of my current situation. However, I am still hopeful to know if switching a job into AM/WM is probable.

If not, is master the only way to go? which school/program should I go for. (I will be looking most likely US/UK schools and aspire to work in APAC region)

Appreciate people in this forum can help. Thanks in advance.
