Prepping for Investment Management interview - BB, PE Group

Hi,

I have an interview for a one-off BB investment management internship this summer. The group focuses on private equity. How would I prep for something like this? Particularly private investment opportunities pitches? Is the investment thesis going to be similar to one for a public company?

I'm a sophomore so I am not sure how technical it will be. Regardless, I declined another opportunity for this shot so it's better to be overprepared than under.

Also, what other types of questions should I prepare for?
