Private Debt Salary - London

Hi everyone

I'm doing a 6-month internship at global pension fund in London within the Private Debt/Direct lending team. I wanna convert it into a FT opportunity and was wondering if anyone in London within the industry had an idea of the pay scale (base + bonus). I graduated from a target school in Canada in 2019 + I converted a previous internship at the same firm into another one in the Private Debt team.

Thank you in advance

As you graduated in 2019 and the market is currently high, I feel it’s safe to say that you should seek >£100,000.00 as your annual salary. Taking a position without compensation beyond that threshold might designate your CV as cheap, this designation would compound throughout your career - wouldn’t matter how great of an asset to any employer you may happen to be.
