Research associate comp progression (second and third year)
I'm at 165 TC for year one. How can i expect this to progress for my second / third years? Any data points? Thanks!

My progression for first 3 years was: 155 -> 250 -> 360 at a LO
Nice, much higher than i would've expected since post-MBA analyst comp is like 350 right?
Are you now an analyst at the same firm or did you move elsewhere after your associate years?
