Restructuring asset management division and new research team
My bosses want to present our family office more as an asset manager on the market. We are starting with a two-year plan and building a better research team, which I have been selected to join. I would like to take a proactive approach here... and ask you to give me a little inspiration, share a few stories from your research team, and share a few basic structures.
