RIA PB Comp
What would be a typical comp + bonus for an independent RIA with ultra high net worth and institutional clients?
For the sake of specificity, let’s say entry level through 5 years.

Bump - High COL area if that helps
I am at a decent size RIA ($10-15BN) focused on HNW and UHNW in a HCOL area. I'm in my 5th year and comp so far has been:
1: $80k base + $15k bonus
2: $120k base + $25k bonus
3: $150k base + $50k bonus
4: $160k base + $60k bonus
5: $175k base + ?
What is your role currently?
.
I think you are an anomaly. Most juniors at an RIA (99%) of time won't break $120k in first five years. Still, I think you are in a very unique circumstance and are a high-performer so I believe your compensation figures.
