Risk Management job in asset management companies
I have an offer for a entry level role in one of the largest Asset Management companies in my country in the Risk Management department. Based on the interview I went for it seemed largely like an Operational Risk role with some Market Risk thrown in.
My question is, what are the long term prospects for RM in an AM company? Is there a pathway to go and do RM in IB down the line?
