Ruffer - insights on culture, reputation and comp progression?
Hello,
Interviewing with Ruffer for a graduate investing seat soon. Undeniably, they have a solid investment track record but as a smaller shop, it's difficult to gauge reputation, exits, comp progression and culture through online sources.
