Salaries for FA’s at Wirehouse

After graduating, I’m immediately starting certification and training process at a top Wirehouse, was wondering what the salary breakdown looks like as the years go on, as well as good exit roles to transition to. I understand a big part of salary depends on the team you will be working on, any tips to get picked up by those major teams managing UHNW clients after I finish training and certification?
