Schroders 2024 Investment Graduate Programme - Tips?

Just applied for the grad program for their London office. Is there anyone that has gone through it and has advice? With respect to other banks/asset managers how difficult is the process? I’m currently on the hunt to get a FT role set up for after uni (going into Y3 of 3), any extra advice?

Is anyone still waiting to be sent the online assessment? I applied this day last week

Just did first round: it’s a simulation messages task, the personality sliders task ( I hated the questions) and the re-ordering coloured shapes. I got up to lvl 16 on it, what did everyone else get?

Has anyone else completed the VI and waiting to hear back? When do ACs usually take place? Any insight from last year's process would be helpful.

And before anyone asks, the VI was pretty simple. It was 5 questions (4 behavioural and 1 motivational):

With the behavioural questions, you can pretty much find them all listed on glassdoor. It's all very "describe a difficult time", "describe a positive outcome that consisted of teamwork", "describe a time you used an innovative solution to replace a process", etc. Motivational question was "why have you applied for x programme at Schroders?"

Hard to know if I performed ok. I hate VIs.
