Sending my info for Quant Dev roles

Hi,

I am planning on researching and reaching out to hiring managers directly, to start discussions regarding Quant Development roles, within Asset Management firms in NYC.

It's a little confusing as I am unsure if I should be getting in touch with Head of Technology, Head of Asset Class, Head of Quant Strategies, or even Head or Research as many have their own purpose built QD team to build research technology.

This is obviously proving more tricky with the larger firms.  Any thoughts on which part of the business would most readily want to speak with Quant Devs?
