I have a list of energy companies that I'm trying to benchmark, and need a data source that provides total shareholder return (TSR) info by year for the past 5 years. It's too much work to calculate it myself, since I have 20+ companies. Also, I may need to do this again, for a different set of companies, or as an annual refresh. Is there a reasonable-cost vendor product out there that includes historical annual TSR data (or, better yet, TSR calcs between specified dates for a list of stock tickers)?
I have access to Reuters Eikon, but that doesn't have TSR data. Am not willing to pay for a Bloomberg terminal. Thanks!
