s&t summer analyst contemplating buy-side
Currently a sales and trading summer analyst at a BB. I want to possibly go into buy-side after graduation instead because I like how you're more compensated and measured by the performance of your ideas.
Advice??? Do you learn as much on buy-side during first few years? What are exit opps like in sales and trading into buy side?
Would like to know as well.
