Thoughts on Macquarie Asset Management?

Don't really know a lot about Macquarie Asset Management and not a ton on WSO either. Anecdotally seems like comp is a little low, but nothing else stands out. Anyone have any experience with them? Interviewing, working there, interactions with them?
