What's the word on the street about MIM about comp, culture, exit opps etc.? Recently received a first-round interview from them for their 1st investment analyst position, but can't find much about them online on WSO or other forums. Is this worth pursuing? Thanks in advance.

MetLife is one of the biggest lifecos in terms of AUM. Really need more info on what you hoping to do, is the role in an asset class that you are interested in, etc... Unless you are packed with interviews, I would always take a first-round interview (especially if you are in undergrad and do not have a job lined up).
Are there any direct public equity seats at insurance companies? Or is it all fixed income
