Total Compensation of VP's in BB AM
Let's say you are a 2nd/3rd year VP in BB AM. What would the range for your total compensation look like?
Does it fluctuate heavily by asset class? Would a VP in AM let's say focused on Real Estate investing have similar comp potential as a VP in Fixed Income, traditional equities?
Interested in insights on these things. Particularly for the US.
I'm curious to know as well
