UBS Global Wealth Management or JPM Private Bank

These are the two programs that I have networked with the most and both complement what I want to do as a future career. For context, I'd like to work more on the investment side of both programs so UBS's portfolio analysis group and JPM's investment solutions within their partner coverage groups. Is there anything I should be considering when comparing the two? I know JPM has a better name than UBS but I also know that wealth management is regarded very highly at UBS. Also within pay structures, JPM has a set base salary where all analysts make the same where as UBS I'm not entirely sure how the pay works. I just want to know what are some things I should be considering in terms of choosing between the two.
