Looking for opinions on Vanguard career development potential.
Do investment roles in credit research, fixed income investment teams in Vanguard provide not-so-good / good / great learning opportunities?
Anyone know or have been an investment professional in Vanguard? If so, can you comment on the quality of their investment professionals, are they as top class as their counterparts at BlackRock, Fido, Capital, PIMCO?

I interviewed for it and Vanguard pays like crap compared to the other firms you mentioned. Those other firms also have much more cachet in the industry.
