Voluntary Corporate Actions
Hey,
Anyone here has a good understanding of Corporate Actions? Voluntary corporate action to be precise. Have you read any books on different types of corporate action and how the corporation action flow works in general (Issuer, custody, sub-custodian, depositories)? This might be geared more towards operations but just thought I would put the question out there see if I can get any good answers to this. Thanks.
