Would be awesome if all FAs would detail comp models at the various banks and wealth mgmt shops. For example, does anyone know what Alliance Bernstein’s split with advisors is?

MS - scales up as you do more revenue. Start out with 34% of revenue produced, up to 50%.
Currently at 48% given revenue numbers
Thats pretty good. Does ms provide base or is it all eat what you kill?
Ps, ubs offered me base plus piece of rev generated. But it was so aggressive that after taxes i was left with 1/8 of what i produced
Yes base + split of what you bring in but the split as I mentioned above, starts off terrible but increases as you bring in assets and your base slowly starts to go away till you are only eat what you kill
I was at UBS for two years. The issue i found was there wasn’t any flow of prospects. It was all hit the phone. At least at some firms, you have leads. I assume MS doesnt provide lead lists?
Nope. You are all on your own
