What amount of promoted associates at the jpm pb stay on long term?
Basically title, does anyone have insight into this? What amount of people being promoted from analyst to banker stay on/are successful enough to stay? I heard jp doesn’t give leads or any help so how are people finding uhnw prospects? Or is it just people who alr know them succeed and the rest leave?
