What do index fund managers do?
I know that Blackrock has index funds which has human managers? What do they do on a daily basis then? I suppose the work is just periodic rebalancing and reconstitution, and the occasional admin stuff yes? And even then, certain indexes like price-weighted index don't even need to be rebalanced. I heard they're BO, is that correct?
