What is your favorite, non-obvious, Bloomberg function? <GO>
Bloomberg has some insane capabilities, not all of which are widely known. Maybe that's just because I'm new into my buy-side role (Fixed Income). My favorite function: "SPLC" ...shows you a company's entire supply chain (vendors / customers / recommended comps), organized by % of revenue, COGS, etc.
POSH - It's Bloomberg's craigslist. You'll see used iPads next to $100,000 Porsches and 3 million dollar houses.
Jesus, that's really cool. Why use Sotheby when there is POSH?
WIRP - shows % chance of interest rate hike/cut of different countries
JOBS - Bloomberg's own linkedin of boutique investment shops in financial centers DINE - Bloomberg's version of Yelp, except critiqued by financial analyst as opposed to "let me speak to the manager" types RICH - live scoreboard of the richest people on the planet
