Which job title works under Portfolio Managers?
I am six months out of college and have been working as a financial analyst at a boutique financial advisory firm. I am looking to get closer to what I am passionate about, which is investment management (equities). I would like some guidance as to the positions/title and what companies that role align with what I am looking to do. Which is working right under/with portfolio managers dealing with investment ideas, asset allocations etc.

OP: Can you clarify what you are looking for? I assume you don't want to be client facing (in a PWM role) but would rather be on the institutional side?
