Would you join a growing wealth firm as a new grad?
Hi all, question as stated above. This firm is located in Toronto Canada, with ~$100 million AUM but aiming $1B in the next few years, they are only expanding into HNW families (only) & stopped selling mutual funds after the transition from an old school financial planner firm. The partners are recruiting analysts to expand the business. Would you join as an analyst?
Depends on the alternatives. Would I choose this over a BB? No.
They say they want to 10x their AUM in a few years. How’s their growth in recent years been?
