Neil was very knowledgeable and provided me with detailed advice on how I should stand out in the recruitment process and how I should go about reaching out to individuals and networking. He gave me detailed examples of what I should do and why I should do it rather merely telling me to do it. I got to learn a lot of Neil as well to get an insight into his background and his experiences at TD since he started out in a lower role and worked his was up into the firm. Neil also examined my resume and LinkedIn profile and gave me detailed recommendations on how I can stand out in that area as well. ”
