2025 ADC/APD Summer Programs/Full-Time Applications Thread
I was keeping a tab on a similar tab created for 2024 and it was really helpful in keeping up with the different programs. Starting this thread for 2025 ADC/APD Summer Program/FT application. Will keep updating deadlines as they appear.
Summer Programs:
- McKinsey Insight
- Bridge to BCG
- Bain ADvantage
- Connect to Clearview
- Link to LEK
- EMBARK with EY-P
- Transition to Trinity
- Propel with Lumanity
Other firms of interest include:
- Health Advances
- IQVIA
- Putnam
- Clarion
- CRA
- ZS
- Simon-Kucher
Feel free to add in additional firms that are recruiting for PhD but not on this list.
Anyone heard from Bain's summer associate program?
As far as I know they usually prefer MBA candidates for the summer internships. Not sure what's the success rate of ADCs.
anyone still waiting for Clearview C2C interview invite? (submitted before the first 2/15 ddl)
I heard from some friends who got an invite late Friday afternoon. So I'm assuming that maybe they are sending some more out by Monday. Don't know if they send out rejections.
I also applied by the first deadline and received an interview invitation last week
another datapoint. I submitted my application on 2/10 and just got an interview invitation this morning. I guess either they hand out invitations on a rolling basis or I got bumped up from the waiting list. They provide you with 2 interview dates, 2/28 or 3/7
Same! I also got an interview invite for C2C this morning for those same dates.
Wanted to add another datapoint as well! Received interview invite to C2C on March 4th. Applied for the 2/15 deadline.
Anyone heard from Bain's ADvantage after completing TestGorilla?
not yet it's too early. they said on the website you'll get notified mid-April
Sorry about the confusion. I was talking about the interview invites. Usually they send out offers mid-April (my friend through the program last year) and interviews take place in march.
Just received a coffee chat invitation
which office did you apply to? I heard a lot of people applying to west coast got invited
Just received the case interview workshop invite.
When was the deadline for submitting Bain's TestGorilla assessment for you guys? I submitted mine yesterday and the deadline for me was 11:30 PM PST on 02/27. They probably will send interview invites soon to be held sometime in 1st/2nd week of March.
it should all be the same, 11:30pm 02/27. fingers crossed
Does anyone know if a coffee chat means anything? For Bain advantage
Did you get any coffee chat invitation today? I think it's one of the key steps for their consultants to know the potential applicants.
which office did you apply to? I heard a lot of people applying to west coast got invited
Btw anyone heard back from McKinsey Insights?
Have anyone heard back after Clearview C2C interview?
when did you interview? how did it go? I have it coming up this Friday
Not OP but I interviewed on Monday. It was a fairly straightforward behavioral section. The case was completely interviewee driven (don’t expect any exhibits or info without explicitly asking, for example you will have to explicitly mention that you are looking for profit margins in the industry etc.) good luck!
I interviewed last Friday, haven’t heard back yet. The case interview part I find was quite ambiguous, they provided a lot of information that I’m not sure how relevant they actually are. A lot of brainstorming questions and no math. Behavioral was okay I guess, the interviewer left about 10min in the end for me to ask question. Good luck!
No, I interviewed last week and still haven't heard back.
I got a generic rejection email this morning.
I just heard back and got the invite! Good luck to everyone!
ooh the C2C invite? congrats! also thats pretty fast
btw would you please share when you completed the interview and when you got the invite? just want to know what I should expect timeline wise
Anyone apply to and/or hear back from Triangle Insights Group Consulting 180?
I applied a week before the ddl but haven’t heard anything from them yet…
they did interviews the week of mar 10-14 and sent out acceptances the following week
Just saw that Trinity finally opened their Transition to Trinity applications with a quick turnaround (3/23) for any LS people interested.
Anyone heard back from Guidehouse for Gateway?
following. I submitted my application 02/27. I know it was pretty late and they said interview invites are gonna be on a rolling basis
I did my interview sometime mid-February so I was asking more about the acceptance/rejection email
I interviewed on 3/7 and haven't heard back yet
when did you submit your application?
Also interviewed 3/7 and haven’t heard back
Anyone knows what Link to LEK interview looks like? they say it's a 45min case interview. Is it only case or is there a behavioral part? And is it a life science case?
Not sure if you've had your interview yet but I had mine this week for Link. It was a behavioral + case and yes it was a life sci case!
Have anyone heard back after interviewing with gateway to guidehouse?
bumping this because it's been over a month... which is odd...
Interviewed 3/7 and haven’t heard back
received Bain interview invite!
congrats! Which office did you apply for?
Anyone who applied for transition to Trinity heard back?
Invited to do a first round virtual behavioral interview (through spark hire) yesterday (4/1)
Anyone heard back from Link to LEK? Interviewed on 03/25 and saw someone who interviewed on 03/27 got an offer today. Maybe I'm cooked
Hey there, I got my acceptance today, interviewed last Wednesday.
Anyone heard back from McKinsey's insight program?
should be reaching out next week!
Anyone think McK insight is not worth it? apparently they don't guarantee interviews/offers. its just 2 days of informational sessions lmao
sounds like this year is similar to last year (no interview guarantees) - pretty much everyone who did Insight still got first round interviews anyway. So in practice Insight participants still got R1 interviews, but it wasn't an explicit/formal "guarantee" of sorts. Whether that's worth it or not is up to you to decide
Anyone on the "waitlist" for BCG?
Anyone heard back from Gateway to Guidehouse?
just be prepared to wait a month or two before you hear anything back. they're known to be slow
