It is growth strategy oriented. They have the largest chunk of Monitor folk by % of practitioners than any other group (even strategy and analytics). It is also one of the smallest groups. They have a Doblin and Heat focus as well (two of their recent acquisitions in branding). From what I can tell this is going to be the hardest group to get into.

It is almost a more pure S&O without the operations aspect.

 

I think it would be the group with the lowest amount of implementation work. This would be more core or enterprise business ops.

 

Yes and no. If you were recruited as a BTA it would still show that on your alignment as it would show if someone was recruited for strategy. You could be on the same project, but you'd likely be doing different work.

 

Cross Consulting group is just the generalist in each of the silos. if you are in customer and marketing and CCG than you could do all C&M projects. It's for Analysts and Consultants who want flexibility.
