Enough to get dinged, MBB R2?

Had a final round with an MBB for BA/A/AC (entry level), US. My first R2 interview was flawless (fit and case). My second R2 interview wasn't. I built a solid rapport and had good behavioral answers, but during the case, I failed to identify where to investigate first based on my framework. The interviewer gave me another try, but he had to step in and provide some guidance. Rest of the case went well.

Does anyone have any insight? Is this enough to get dinged? Could other factors mitigate? I realize it's impossible to know for sure. Just want to hear others' experiences.

i had a r2 at bain for aci position. it could not have went any better imo, the cases were super smooth and behavioral was smooth too. i did not get an offer (waitlisted).

funnily, i had a very mid r2 at mck (had to get guided somewhat for math, really got challenged for interpreting exhibits, got absolutely grilled for behavioral) but got an offer call 2 hours after the r2

so idt u can predict tbh but ive known people who have had math errors and whatnot and still gotten offers. hopefully it works out!
