EY consulting or EYP

I have this really stupid question and I just can't find the answer.

I noticed from some sources they say EYP, strategy& are tier 2 while B4 consulting is T3

So what's the difference between, say, EYP and consulting of EY? Are they not the same?

(Also got similar question for deloitte and deloitte monitor, pwc and strategy&. what are the differences?

Just realized my expression is not clear..

So basically, if B4 consulting is T3, then shouldn't EYP also be T3? (Since EYP is part of EY consulting and EY is one of B4)

EY-P is not the same as EY consulting. EY-P is more focused on management consulting and also does a lot of due diligence work. EY-P consultants, at least first year associates, are also paid like 20-30 K more than EY consulting. it's a smaller group and i think it's a little more selective as well. they're pretty separate from the rest of EY in terms of culture as well, from what I've seen/heard.

i don't know much about strategy&
