EY-P vs S& Deals Strategy

Have offers from both in the same city. Would love to hear all opinions, mainly regarding exit opportunities.

Also, do you think that EY-P brand is fading with the integration of EY TAS, or is it still a good group to be in. Haven't received the specific group placement yet for EYP

Yeah there has been a re-org and definitely some brand mixing.

S& Deals is top notch.

The thing anytime you compare S& is that they're more vertically integrated/specialized than the rest. So this all depends on what you want your exit ops to be. S& Deals is def very reputable but guess what you're gonna be doing 90-100% of the time? So this depends on what you want to exit into.

Want go into PE? S& 100%

Do you want to do corp strat in CPG? EY-P is probably the better play

What's the planned exit opp here?? Specific industry? MBB switch? PE/VC? Location? Tech PM? What is it? Can't just broadly say exit ops when it comes to S& because they separate by verticals so you have to think ahead now.
